Returns & Exchanges
All returns are accepted if all of the following terms below are met.
If all of the criteria above are met, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the return is accepted, all shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
After we receive the item, we will fully examine the product and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Then we will provide a credit or an exchange of a different style and calculate the differences.
*All sales item are final and cannot be returned.
*All shipping cost for a refund will be the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or a mistake.

Orders may be canceled if contacted within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Please note that not every order can be canceled as the order may have already been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
